Breanna Newhouse is an HR Consultant who holds a Bachelor of Management from UBC, and an MA in Organizational Psychology from Adler University. She enjoys helping individuals, teams, and leaders find equity and opportunities for thriving in the workplace. Her expertise ranges from job analysis and evaluation, to organization-wide research, to individual employment and leadership coaching. She has experience working with psychometrics and product development in the software as a service (SaaS) industry, and now works as an independent consultant with CompTeam and her own clients across industries.
