Heather Hormell is an expert in compensation, system implementation and data integrity and analytics. She works with small to medium sized businesses with 300 to 5,000 employees. She helps them by adding structure to their job architecture, developing and implementing streamlined processes that enhance data integrity, guiding them in system selection, overseeing system implementation, and determining pay structures through market analysis and internal equity evaluation. She sources relevant market surveys to use for competitive compensation analysis and provides expertise to clients. She has the ability to present a broader view to her clients through compensation analysis, job architecture and systems implementations that support growth and data integrity. She has a special focus in fin-tech.
Prior to CompTeam, Heather created and implemented new employee onboarding programs, developed and implemented department-specific new employee programs, ongoing employee development, and regulatory training. She oversaw the implementation of many HR Information Systems (HRIS) across the employee life cycle from core HR management tools, to compensation and performance management and learning and development.
Heather holds Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) and Human Resource Information Professional (HRIP) certificates and membership with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the International Association for Human Resource Information Management (IHRIM).
