He attended 2018 Truly Human Coach training at Accenture. In 2017, he completed the Influencing People, Managing Talent, and Inspiring and Motivating Individuals courses at the University of Michigan. In 2016, he studied Gamification and People Analytics at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. In the same year, he was certified as an HR Analytics Professional and Behavioral Interviewing at Aon Hewitt and Adept-15TM Personality Coach in 2015.
