As an experienced Program and Project Manager, Jessica has over 20 years’ experience managing, with methods of inclusion, populations that are neurodiverse.  To ensure work completion and success, she further has expertise in motivation techniques and social and emotional learning as well as training in programs to support clients who have English as a second language.  She has successfully led team-building activities across various industries and has training in conflict management as well.  Jessica holds a Bachelor of arts in Liberal Studies and a Master of Arts in Special Education from California State University, Sacramento.  Her main goal is to utilize her organizational and project management skills to help companies achieve their goals while building trusting relationships with employees and leaders.
