Jackson Brockway is a CompTeam senior compensation analyst who helps clients in a wide range of industries perform in-depth analyses of their current organizational processes and structures in order to identify areas for improved efficiency and affordability. He believes the most important thing he does is help leaders look at their organization’s pay plans more holistically, paying special attention to equity and competitiveness. Jackson holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management and Business Management from the University of Colorado, Denver. He is most proud of guiding clients to better understand various aspects of compensation so they can continue to be competitive and promote pay equity for their people for years to come.
